Impact Business Systems has been very fortunate to employ some very talented and dedicated staff, who truly enjoy the challenges of doing their very best to improve our processes and provide our clients with the highest level of customer service possible. Our Operations manager (Dianne) has been with the company for more than 20 years, evolving from part time bookkeeper. Our Senior Tech Support (John Grant) has been with the company for more than 15 years and his dedication to both the company and his customers has endeared him to many of our clients. Our Office Manager (Micki) began as our part time Receptionist in 1997 while attending college and today helps keep everyone organized and focused.

As we all know, it is not the Company that makes a business great, it s the people that it employs that build the trust and the relationships that keep our customers coming back. In the office we have a saying; “if we don’t take excellent care of our customers, someone else will”.
