Dealing with Impact Business Systems provides you with the following services but not limited to:
- The Repair/replacement of defective computer related hardware and peripherals.
- “On-Site Service” where a service technician is dispatched to your office, and a repair (when possible) is performed at your office.
- “Bench Service” where you deliver the defective unit to our office, and when repairs are completed, you are called to pick up the repaired unit.
- When repairs require replacement parts, an estimated cost of repair will be submitted for approval to the customer. Upon approval, repairs will be completed as quickly as possible.
- “On-Site Service” repairs, where the estimated repair cost is not approved by the Customer, the elapsed On-Site time will be billable.
- All replacement parts are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty which varies by product, as well as a “90 Day Labour Warranty” offered by Impact Business Systems.
